Each rental listing includes:
- Property description text.
- Amenities description list.
- Auto-link to MapQuest© so people can find your property easily!
- Auto-Link of your email address and webpage address (if available) included in the contact info.
- Rate description text.
- Up to 4 photos (image size 600X400 pixels max). E-mail pictures to webmaster@texasbeachrentals.com. If you need us to scan your pictures, mail them to us with SASE envelope (photographs will not be returned).
Guarantee
If you do not receive a booking during the first year, your
property listing will be extended for an additional year for FREE. This guarantee may be used once only for each property listing. Guarantee does not apply in cases where the property is not available for at least 6 months of the year.
Discounts
3 Property Listings save 20% for each property listed.
4 Property Listings save 30% for each property listed.
5-10 Property Listings save 40% for each property listed
